About Me
As a counsellor, I bring compassion, presence and a grounded, integrative approach to every session.
Change Begins With Acceptance
I’m a trainee integrative counsellor studying at The Awareness Centre and practising with NHS Talking Therapies. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship challenges and life transitions, offering a confidential and supportive space.
I hold a Master’s in Psychology, and I’m a BACP registered student member and Graduate Member of the BPS.
My integrative approach draws on person-centred, Gestalt, and solution-focused principles, allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, helping you build self-understanding, resilience, and confidence.
My own journey of life transitions gives me personal insight into adapting to change and rebuilding identity.
